Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GrowthFixr, we aim to deliver high-quality growth solutions and ensure client satisfaction. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request by notifying us in writing within 2 days of payment or project initiation. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as resources and work allocation begin immediately.

2. Refunds

If a valid cancellation request is made within 2 days, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will be initiated within T+7 days (7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation) and credited to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Work has already started on your project beyond the initial 2-day period

  • The delay or issue is caused by incomplete client information or approvals

  • The service has been fully delivered or accessed
